The American Osteopathic Board of Radiology is authorized by the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) to examine candidates for certification and make recommendations to the Bureau of Osteopathic Specialists. The Bureau of Osteopathic Specialists (BOS) functions under the auspices of the American Osteopathic Association Board of Trustees from which it receives its purposes and authority. The AOA is the official certifying body of the osteopathic profession.

Diagnostic Radiology Oral Examination- May 3-5, 2018, Rosemont, IL (one four hour session assigned after application)
Combined Physics and Diagnostic Imaging Written Examination- June 9, 2018, Chicago, IL
OCC Cognitive Examination for Diagnostic Radiology and Subspecialty (CAQ) certification- May 2, 2018, Rosemont, IL and May 21-25 at the AOCR Annual Conference, Scottsdale, AZ (Exact Date TBD)
Subspecialty (CAQ) certification in Neuroradiology or Pediatric Radiology- May 2, 2018, Rosemont, IL, and May 21-25 at the AOCR Annual Conference, Scottsdale, AZ (Exact Date TBD)
Subspecialty (CAQ) certification in Vascular and Interventional Radiology- May 3, 2018, Rosemont, IL (this exam is only offered once per year)
