Project Resources

OCC – Diagnostic Radiology Project Resources

There are a variety of projects offered by national organizations and societies. Diplomates may chose to participate in a project offered by a national organization or society or they may chose to participate in a project on their own or as part of a group. All project data will need to be input into the O-CAT project collection system (see project submission page). In order to assist diplomates in researching the types of projects offered, links have been provided below.

Examples of projects that have been submitted to the AOBR and approved include:

  • ACR’s RADPEER or other Peer Review Project
  • BIRADS III Callback Rates
  • Report Turnaround Time
  • ACR Practice Guidelines & Technical Standards
  • Chart Completion
  • Critical Results Reporting
  • MQSA Report Turnaround

Below is a listing of other available sponsored projects:

The Joint Commission – National Patient Safety Goals (NPSG)
Image Gently Campaign – Computed Tomography (CT) Scans in Children
RSNA – Multiple Projects Available
